Reach for a Dream Foundation

Reach for a Dream. "Sam".
Reach for a Dream is a foundation created for children with terminal cancer who spend more time in hospital, than with their families. Life is a routine of chemotherapy, support systems and surgical steel
and Sam was one of these children.

And when he heard that his story was going to be told, Sam insisted he play himself in the TV spot we filmed. Out of solidarity with Sam, the crew and myself shaved our heads clean. His determination and gutsiness served as an inspiration to me for years to come. (See news clipping below).
